Step 1 - Get your event code
Your photographer or event organiser shares the Picsora AI Agent WhatsApp number and an event code before or at the event. The code is typically 6 characters (like '8YIXTS'). Send it as your first message and the bot joins you to the correct event instantly - no searching, no browsing.
Step 2 - Send a selfie
The bot asks you for a selfie. Take a clear, front-facing photo in good lighting - this is what the AI uses to search your face across every event photo. Your selfie is processed immediately and discarded - the AI converts it into a mathematical face signature and does not store the original image.
- Use good lighting - natural light or a well-lit room works perfectly
- Face the camera directly for best accuracy
- Remove sunglasses for the selfie (you can wear them in event photos)
