What is Picsora?
Picsora is the photo delivery platform your photographer or event organizer used to share event photos with guests. Instead of getting a link to 2,000 photos and having to find yourself in all of them, Picsora uses AI face recognition to show you only the photos you appear in - automatically. No searching, no scrolling, no asking 'which ones are mine?'
Step 1: Scan the QR code or open the link
At the event, look for the QR code - usually on table cards, welcome displays, or shared by the photographer on WhatsApp. Point your phone camera at the QR code. It opens automatically in your browser. No app download required. If you received a link (like rajstudios.picsora.in/e/ABC123), just tap it to open.
Step 2: Enter your phone number
Enter your mobile number to verify your identity. You'll receive a 6-digit OTP on that number. This step ensures only you can access your gallery - no one else can see your photos or download them. Your phone number is not shared with other guests.
Step 3: Register your face
You'll be prompted to take a selfie. This is how Picsora finds your photos. The selfie is processed by AI to create a face fingerprint - a mathematical signature of your face's geometry. This fingerprint is compared against all indexed faces in the event photos to find every photo where you appear. The selfie itself is not stored after processing.
- Take the selfie in good lighting (natural light or well-lit room works best)
- Face the camera directly - straight-on angle gives best results
- Remove sunglasses or hats for the selfie registration (you can wear them in event photos)
- The AI works even if your hairstyle or outfit was different at the event
Step 4: Browse your personal gallery
Within a few seconds, Picsora shows you every photo from the event that you appear in. Your gallery is private - other guests can only see their own photos. You can scroll through your gallery, view photos in full screen, and see all the moments captured throughout the event.
Step 5: Download your photos
Tap any photo to open it full screen. Use the download button to save it to your phone. Photos are delivered with your photographer's watermark - this is their copyright protection and also tells your friends who shot the photos when you share them. Some events allow bulk download - if available, you'll see a 'Download all' option.
Getting your family members' photos too
If you want your partner's, children's, or parents' photos in the same gallery, you can register additional family faces. After registering your own face, look for the 'Add family member' option. Each additional face is registered the same way - with a selfie taken by that family member. Once registered, your gallery shows photos where any registered family member appears.
What if I can't find all my photos?
If you appear in a photo but it's not showing in your gallery, it may still be processing - large events take more time for the AI to process all faces. Wait a few minutes and refresh. If photos are still missing, contact the event photographer - they can manually reprocess the gallery. The AI is 99% accurate but works best with clear, front-facing face photos. Group photos in dim lighting or at extreme angles occasionally miss matches.
Can I access my photos later?
Yes. Save the event link or bookmark the gallery page. You can return at any time using your phone number to log in - your face registration is saved so you don't need to take a selfie again. The gallery remains active for as long as the photographer's Picsora subscription is active.
